VFD or otherwise known as Vacuum Fluorescent Display is being used to display the information regarding your parking status. VFD is being used in this parking sensor technology because it emits a very bright light with clear contrast which makes it easy for the driver to view the information. The light being produced by a VFD contains many colors and is sometimes filtered to produce saturated colors such as deep blue or deep green. Although it is not as advanced compared to LCD parking sensors, the use of a VFD Parking Sensor still serves its purpose and that is to assist in parking of vehicles.
