GPS Trackers
There are different types of GPS trackers. Usually, it will fall into one of these three categories namely Data Loggers, Data Pushers, and Data Pullers.
A GPS logger functions in a way that it logs the current position of the device at regular intervals in its internal memory. This is ideal for sport enthusiasts because they can carry it while practicing, like jogging or backpacking, to record the length and duration of their trip.
A GPS pusher is the type used by the security industry. It pushes or sends the position of the device at regular intervals to a server. The server will then instantly analyze the data. Nowadays, GPS pushers are being integrated to some mobile phones.
A GPS puller on the other hand is a device that is always on and can be retrieved as often as required.
