At Bigboxstore the shipping depends on the product category and the selected shipping method.
For example, for categories like China Mobile Phones, mini laptops we ship within 24 hours after payments are confirmed.
Some products would require 1-3 days before they leave our warehouse these products include some MP4 players and gaming accessories.
Bigboxstore currently offers 4 shipping methods:
- Free Shipping ( shipped with Hong Kong Post, EMS, UPS, DHL depending on the order value)
- Expedited Shipping 3-6 days ( shipped with UPS, DHL)
- Standard Shipping 6-12 days ( shipped with EMS)
- Air Mail 14-21 days (shipped Hong Kong Post)
Some freight companies do not ship to certain destination in that case Bigboxstore will select the most appropriate shipping method.
